I was surprised when I saw the charge because it was higher than I expected, and the billing details weren’t clear enough for me to understand why. I tried to make sense of it, but it still doesn’t add up. I’d like someone to review this and explain the charges clearly, because if this can’t be sorted out, I’ll need to escalate it further.

"Why is it so hard to get an appointment?"
I tried booking an appointment a few different times and there was nothing available for weeks. It’s frustrating when you actually need help and can’t get in. Like, make it make sense.

"Fair Pricing for the Convenience"
I’ve been using twc for a little while now, i keep going back and forth in my head like, “Is it cheap? Not really. Is it worth it? Yeah, kind of.” The pricing feels fair for what you’re getting. It doesn’t come across as a rip-off, which I appreciate. For me, the biggest value is being able to get access quickly without sitting around waiting forever. I do catch myself wishing a few things were a bit less expensive, but overall, I’m still happy with the service.

"Am I missing something, or was the visit really rushed?"
Am I missing something, or did the doctor seem really rushed? I felt like the appointment moved so quickly that I didn’t get much time to ask questions or fully explain what was going on. Maybe it was just a busy day, but I left feeling a little unheard.

The meds arrived sealed and in good condition. The packaging didn’t look old or tampered with, and there was no weird smell or anything off about it. Problems with packaging feel preventable, so I was glad everything showed up looking fresh and handled properly. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Stuff I needed was always out of stock"
I tried ordering from TWC Health a couple of times, but, uh, the items I needed were out of stock both times. There wasn’t really a clear update on when they’d be available again, so I kept checking back and wasting time. Maybe other people have had better luck, but it was frustrating for me.

"Canceling and getting a refund was such a hassle"
Canceling ended up being way more annoying than I expected. I emailed them and the replies took a while, and it felt like they weren’t really reading what I was saying. There was just something about it that made the whole thing feel frustrating.

The refund part was even worse. I had to keep following up, and for days I still couldn’t get a straight answer. After dealing with all that, I don’t see myself using TWC Health again.

"I Didn’t Notice Much, Honestly"
I used it for a few weeks like I was supposed to, i just didn’t feel much of a difference. I’m not saying it’s bad or that it won’t work for anyone else, because maybe it does, but for me personally it wasn’t really worth it. I gave it a fair shot, so I don’t think it’s unfair to say I expected a bit more.

"Pretty smooth shipping overall"
The shipping ended up being better than I thought it would be. I got the tracking updates, and the package arrived without any problems, which is really what I care about most. The only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars is that it felt like it sat for a few days before it actually started moving. Once it did, though, everything went smoothly. I’d order again if I needed something from them.

"Pharmacy updates were confusing"
The pharmacy coordination felt kind of messy. I kept having to check back because I wasn’t really sure what was going on?? The updates weren’t clear, and it made getting my refill way more stressful than it needed to be

"Booking a consult was painless"
I booked my consult through twc.health, it felt straightforward to me. I was able to find a time that fit my schedule without a bunch of back-and-forth, which I really appreciated. My only small complaint is that I would’ve liked to see a few more evening options available. Overall though, the process was smooth and didn’t take much time.

"Not worth the price if support won’t respond"
I waited several days for support to get back to me and still never got a real reply. For what I paid, I expected at least a basic response or some kind of update. Frustrating, especially when you’re trying to be careful with your money

"Had to chase them to sort out my order"
I ordered two items, but one was missing and the other arrived in the wrong dosage. Support did eventually sort part of it out, but I had to chase them and it took longer than it should have. It’s frustrating enough with any order, but when it’s health-related stuff, you really expect things to be handled more carefully.

The package arrived crushed and partly open, which really isn’t okay. If this is how one order showed up, it makes me wonder how often they’re sending packages out without enough protection...

"Got approved fast, honestly"
I was kind of expecting this to be more annoying, but my prescription approval was actually smooth. I filled in the forms, uploaded the stuff they needed, and then it was approved quicker than I thought it would be. There wasn’t a bunch of back and forth or weird confusing steps, which was nice. It was just simple, and I appreciated that a lot
